Terms and Conditions

  • Visit your nearest Whites Pharmacy branch.
  • AT the time of purchase, ask the pharmacist that you want to earn mokafaa points, give them your mobile number registered within mokafaa program, and proceed with the payment to earn mokafaa points.
  • The mobile number must be the same registered with mokafaa.
  • You must be an enrolled customer in mokafaa program.
  • You will Earn 5 points for every 1 SAR spent at Whites Pharmacy.
  • Points will be added within 15 days from the purchase date in case of no return.
  • Customers are not eligible to earn mokafaa points on certain products and services, including baby products, milk, medicines, discounted items, promotional offers, insurance transactions, and Wasfaty Plus.
  • Aggregators sales and Payments made through installment programs such as Tabby, Tamara, Madfooa, and similar services are not eligible for points accumulation.
  • VAT portion of the total spend will be excluded from points rewarded
