Terms and Conditions

• You will earn 2 mokafaa points for every 1 SAR for Yaqoot prepaid lines for the packages.
• You must link your line to your existing mokafaa wallet to start earning the points, and if you have multiple lines, you must link every line separately.
• The earn mechanism is only available for customers with an existing mokafaa wallet.
• You can earn points only if you have Yaqoot prepaid line.
• The mobile number provided to link earning mokafaa points must be registered with mokafaa.
• The validity of the earned points is as per standard mokafaa terms and conditions.
• Earning mokafaa point is only applicable on package prices without VAT and not on other category like Electronics, non-telco services and add on services to the bill.
• You will receive your mokafaa points within 15 days from the date of paying the bill.
• No points can be added to any invoice that has been settled before linking the line to mokafaa wallet.
• Earning Mokafaa points will be for renewals only.
• All Yaqoot and mokafaa terms and conditions apply.
