Terms and Conditions

• For Postpaid Voice Line Customers: You will earn 5 mokafaa points for every 1 SAR paid towards your package value.
• For Prepaid Shabab and Flex Voice Line Customers: You will earn 2 mokafaa points for every 1 SAR when you recharge and use the balance to renew your package.
• To start earning points, you must link your line to your existing mokafaa wallet. If you have multiple lines, each line must be linked individually.
• The mobile number used for linking must be registered in mokafaa.
• Points earning is available only for customers who have an existing mokafaa wallet and are using postpaid voice lines or are subscribed to Shabab and Flex prepaid packages.
• Postpaid Customers: You can only earn points if you pay your bill through the Zain app, and the bill must be paid within 28 days from the invoice date to be eligible.
• Prepaid Shabab & Flex Customers: To be eligible for reward points, you must recharge and use the balance to renew your package on the package renewal date.
• The validity of earned points is subject to mokafaa’s terms and conditions.
• Points are earned only on the base package value (excluding VAT). No points are awarded on device payments, subscriptions, or additional services.
• Postpaid Customers: Your mokafaa points will be credited within 24 hours of bill payment.
• Prepaid Shabab & Flex Customers: Your mokafaa points will be credited within 24 hours of using your balance to renew the package.
• No points will be awarded to customers who paid their bill or renewed their package before linking their line to mokafaa.
• Postpaid Customers must pay the full bill amount in one transaction to be eligible for points. Partial payments or payments made using mokafaa points are not eligible for earning additional points.
• All terms and conditions of Zain and mokafaa apply.
