Terms and Conditions

• alrajhi bank customers who activate a new postpaid line with Zain or transfer their existing line from another operator to Zain through the alrajhi bank app are eligible to receive welcome mokafaa points.
• Welcome points are available exclusively to alrajhi bank customers who activate their postpaid line via the alrajhi bank app.
• Welcome points will be credited by Zain to the customer’s mokafaa account after linking the postpaid line to the mokafaa account through the Zain app and settling the first bill via the Zain app.
• If the customer does not link the postpaid line to their mokafaa account through the Zain app and does not pay the first bill via the Zain app, they will forfeit their eligibility to receive the welcome points.
• Welcome points are available for the postpaid plans listed in the table below. The number of welcome points varies depending on the selected plan, as detailed: (The Postpaid 180 package gives you 30K welcome mokafaa points ), (The Postpaid 250 package gives you 50K welcome mokafaa points), (The Postpaid 420 package gives you 100K welcome mokafaa points), (The Postpaid 650 package gives you 150K welcome mokafaa points), (The black package gives you 250K welcome mokafaa points)
