• Earn up to 7 mokafaa points for each 1 SAR Spent at flyadeal App/Website.
• mokafaa members earn points when booking flyadeal flights or purchasing ancillary services, such as baggage, seat selection, and meals, through the official flyadeal website or mobile app, provided that the mobile number registered with Mokafaa is entered before completing the payment.
• Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid in Saudi Riyals for the ticket and selected fare bundle, excluding taxes and government fees.
• The exact number of points may vary by ticket tier.
• The total number of points earned will be shown on the page before the payment.
• If any other loyalty program chooses during the booking process, you will not be eligible to earn mokafaa points at the check-out page
• The same mobile number must be registered with mokafaa.
• You must be an enrolled customer in mokafaa program.
• mokafaa and flyadeal have the right to stop any purchase suspected to be fraudulent.
• Points will be credited to the member’s mokafaa account within 24 hours after the flight has been completed and the passenger has actually travelled. Points will not be awarded for cancelled flights or in the event of a no-show.
