• You will Earn 3 points for every one Riyal spent on The Chefz app.
• To earn mokafaa points, you must register your mobile number in the “Earn Points” section of the Chefz app, the number must be registered in mokafaa .
• Payments via The Chefz wallet are excluded from earning points.
• Earning mokafaa points includes all payment methods (cards, Apple Pay and cash)
• VAT is excluded from earning mokafaa points.
• You cannot earn points from purchases which include points redemption.
• The delivery fees are excluded from the earning.
• The validity of the earned points is as per standard mokafaa terms and conditions.

• Earning mokafaa points does not apply to fractional amounts, and points will not be added to fractional amounts.
• You will receive your mokafaa points within 10 days from the date of payment.
