Terms and Conditions

• Offer applies to alrajhi bank customers with an active urpay wallet.
• Each customer will earn 1,000 mokafaa points after issuing a new platinum card and completing a purchase transaction (funding digital Wallets and digital banks are excluded) using the mobile number registered in the mokafaa program.
• The customer must complete a purchase transaction with a minimum value of 50 SAR to be eligible for the mokafaa points
• Customer must be enrolled in the mokafaa program to be eligible for points.
• The mobile number used during the transaction must match the one registered with mokafaa.
• Points will be credited within 7 working days from the date the payment is completed.
• Points will not be awarded for canceled, refunded, rejected, unsuccessful, or partially/fully reversed transactions.
• urpay and mokafaa reserve the right to exclude or reverse points in cases of suspected misuse, abnormal activity, fraud attempts, or any behavior intended to abuse the offer.
• This offer is offered once per customer and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
