Terms and Conditions

• Transfer mokafaa points to Flying Blue Miles (Air France, KLM and Transavia loyalty Program), and you'll receive a 23% bonus Miles based on the number of Miles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. (for example, instead of earning 454 Flying Blue Miles against 10,000 mokafaa points, customers will earn 559 Flying Blue Miles), the bonus miles will be reflected on Flying Blue Miles account.
• The conversion of mokafaa points to Flying Blue Miles (Air France, KLM and Transavia loyalty Program), is subject to the conversion ratio (22 mokafaa:1 Flying Blue Miles) and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Flying Blue Miles.
• Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to Flying Blue Miles is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction.
• Customers must correctly enter their membership number via Al Rajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
• Adding bonus points may take up to 5 working days from the end of the campaign date.
• After transferring mokafaa points to one of the programs and points been credited to your account in the program they were transferred to, you cannot reverse these points.
• All decisions made by Al Rajhi bank (mokafaa) or/and, Flying Blue with respect to any matter relating to this campaign shall be final. Al Rajhi bank (mokafaa) or/and Flying Blue reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and terminate or otherwise amend this campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. Flying Blue reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating membership and eliminate them if found suspicious and involved in fraudulent activity. By participating in the offer, the members shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid conditions.
