• The offer is valid from 23 Sep until 27 Sep
• The campaign is valid only for international remittance transactions successfully completed through alrajhi bank app
• Participation in the campaign is open to all alrajhi bank customers.
• The campaign applies to all international remittance transactions conducted through the alrajhi bank app during the campaign period.
• The spinning wheel will automatically appear after each successful international transfer transaction, granting the customer one participation chance for every successful transaction.
• If the customer exits the page without spinning the wheel, the chance will be considered forfeited and cannot be retrieved unless a new transfer transaction is completed.
• Each additional international transfer transaction increases the customer’s chances of winning, as every successful transaction grants an additional entry to the spinning wheel.
• Cash prizes of 1,096, 196, 296, 396 and 496 SAR will be deposited into the customer’s current account within 15 business days.
• Cash rewards and loyalty points will be credited within 15 business days to the eligible customer’s account or loyalty wallet, as applicable, and cannot be transferred.
• The bank also reserves the right to cancel or reallocate the prize if the winner fails to claim or receive the prize within fifteen (15) calendar days from the notification date.
• If any participant violates or fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, the bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the participant or winner at any stage of the campaign and, if deemed appropriate, select an alternative winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other products, services, or cash unless expressly approved by the bank.
• The bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with applicable regulations and without prior notice.
• All decisions made by the bank regarding the campaign shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
