Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid for a selected category of alrajhi bank cardholders who have been contacted through SMS, alrajhi app notification, or email only.
• Minimum Spend to qualify and maximum cashback per customer will be determined based on the offer message sent directly from the bank to the cardholder.
• Cards issued after 15-May-2025 are NOT eligible for cashback.
• Any transaction before or after the expiry of the promotion period will not be considered for cash back.
• The cashback will be credited to customer’s card within 15 days of the promotion expiry.
• The offer does not include Cash withdrawals, funds transfer to current account or electronic wallets, reversals of POS/e-commerce or transactions that have been refunded or canceled.
• Customer’s respective card should be active at the time of cashback credit.
• In case the customer has multiple Digital Cashback Cards, the additional cash back of SAR 50 will be applied to only one card per customer.
