About Offer

The offer is provided to ARB customers with salary- transfer. it covers all mortgage products (REDF- Non REDF) and enables customers to obtain short- term real estate financing (10 years or less) at competitive profits rates.

Campaign eligibility criteria:
-Customer should be eligible for the offer as per bank’s internal policy.
-Apply during the time of the offer.
-Clean History in SIMAH.
-Salary transfer to ARB is a must

The campaign will run from 15 April to 15 May 2026.

Terms and Conditions

  • Finance period up to 120 months
  • APR% starts from 5.58%
  • the ability to increase / control the DBR% to enable raising the financing amount up to 85%
  • Completing your finance request in a timely manner.
  • Allowing customers to benefit from all financing products and other services provided by ARB.
  • Retiree customers are included in the offer
  • Expat customers are included in the offer.
  • the possibility to transfer the salary and buyout the obligations from other banks
  • Early Settlement is available at any time upon customer's request.
  • Guarantor is not required to have a personal finance.
  • Finance amount is up to SAR 5 m.
