• The campaign applies only to Musaned users who have a domestic worker with an account at Al Rajhi Bank and/or Urpay, one salary transfer has been executed for him/her.
• The minimum transferred amount to the worker is SAR 500.
• The campaign offers 100% cashback (with a maximum cap of SAR 1,500) from the worker’s salary
• customers who meet the terms and conditions.
• Cashback eligibility is limited to at least one (1) salary transfer per customer during the campaign period.
• The maximum cashback entitlement per customer is one (1) salary only throughout the campaign duration.

Labor
• The campaign is applicable only to international remittance transactions successfully executed through alrajhi bank mobile application / Urpay
• The campaign offers 100% cashback on the international remittance fee only.
• Cashback eligibility is limited to one (1) international remittance transaction per customer during the campaign period.
• The remittance principal amount is excluded from cashback eligibility.
• The maximum cashback entitlement per customer is one (1) international remittance transactions throughout the campaign duration.

Terms and Conditions

  • Participation in the campaign is open exclusively to alrajhi bank / Urpay customers.
  • The campaign is valid for a duration of three (3) months from the official launch date.
  • Cashback amounts will be credited back to the eligible customers within 15 business days.
  • The campaign is targeted at customers utilizing Musaned-linked salary payments, followed by international remittance transactions.
  • The campaign applies to all international remittance countries supported by the alrajhi bank application.
  • alrajhi bank / Urpay reserves the right to exclude any participant in cases of misuse, manipulation, or abnormal transaction behavior.
  • alrajhi bank / Urpay reserves the right to disqualify any participant or reverse cashback if the customer breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.
  • All decisions made by alrajhi bank / Urpay in relation to this campaign shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
  • By participating in the campaign, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable bank & Urpay policies, regulatory requirements, and transaction limits.
