Terms and Conditions

  • The campaign is available to customers who receive a message or notification confirming their eligibility to participate.
  • Eligibility for the draws is limited to customers who carry out all their transactions exclusively through Al Rajhi Bank ATMs during the campaign period, from 14-10-2026 to 02-01-2027.
  • Carrying out any transaction at ATMs that do not belong to the bank during the campaign period makes the customer ineligible for the draw.
  • The winners will be contacted three times, if there were no answer from the winners three lose eligibility for the prize
  • Only successful transactions carried out using an alrajhi bank card are counted.
  • Cancelled, declined, or reversed transactions are not counted.
  • 1,000 weekly prizes for 100 winner of SAR 100 each throughout the campaign period.
  • 100 monthly prizes for 100 winner of SAR 1,000 each throughout the campaign period.
  • After the campaign ends, the draw will be held for the final prizes (one car, 10 iPhone 18 devices, and 10 cash prizes of SAR 5,000 each).
  • Cash prizes will be deposited into the winning customer’s account within (30) days of the end of the draw, whether weekly, monthly, or final.
  • The bank reserves the right to exclude any transactions suspected of being irregular or intended to circumvent the campaign.
