Terms and Conditions

  • The campaign is available to customers who receive a message or notification confirming their eligibility to participate.
  • Transactions must be completed during the specified campaign period: from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
  • The minimum number of ATM transactions required is (3 three transactions).
  • Only successful transactions made using the bank’s card at the bank’s ATMs will be counted.
  • Cancelled, declined, or reversed transactions will not be counted.
  • The prize amount will be deposited into the winning customer’s account within (30) days of the campaign’s end.
  • The maximum number of wins per customer is (five times).
  • The bank reserves the right to exclude any transactions suspected of being irregular or intended to circumvent the campaign.
  • 7,000 prizes worth 50 riyals, 100 prizes worth 1,000 riyals, and 10 prizes worth 5,000 riyals.
