Terms and Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all Almatar vouchers offered as part of Al Rajhi Bank’s Million Savings Account campaign.
• Users must be registered on the Almatar app with a valid email address and mobile number.
• Voucher codes must be redeemed through the Almatar app via the Profile section in the designated voucher redemption field.
• Voucher codes are valid for redemption for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.
• Upon successful redemption, the voucher value will be credited to the user’s Almatar Wallet as points.
• Wallet points can be used to book flights and hotels through the Almatar app or website only.
• Each voucher code may be redeemed once only.
• Voucher codes and wallet points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Users must have the latest version of the Almatar app to redeem and use their wallet points.
• Almatar reserves the right to cancel voucher codes, revoke wallet points, or suspend accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, or violations of applicable policies.
• Al Rajhi Bank is not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, or operational matters relating to the Almatar app, website, or services.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The campaign is valid for three weeks, (During the weekend holiday period).
• Vouchers will be sent to the winners within two weeks from the date they won the voucher.
