Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid for a selected category of alrajhi bank credit cardholders who have been contacted through SMS, alrajhi app notification, or email only.
• Cashback percentage, minimum spend to qualify, maximum cashback and period of promotion per customer will be determined based on the offer message sent directly from the bank to the cardholder.
• Any transaction before and after the expiry of the campaign period will not be considered for cash back.
• The cashback will be credited to customer primary credit card within 15 days of the promotion expiry.
• The offer does not include Cash withdrawals, funds transfer to current account or electronic wallets, reversals of POS/e-commerce or transactions that have been refunded or canceled.
• Customer’s respective alrajhi bank credit card should be active and non-delinquent/overdrawn at the time of cashback value credit.
