Terms and Conditions

• This offer is applicable to all alrajhi bank credit & prepaid cards.
• All Credit Card customers are eligible for 15% cash back and all prepaid card customers are eligible for 10% cash back.
• Only in-store transactions for supermarket and grocery made within the country will be eligible for the offer. E- commerce transactions are not eligible for the offer.
• Maximum cashback for a customer during the campaign period is SAR 150.
• Maximum cashback for Credit Card is SAR 150 and Maximum cap for Prepaid card is SAR 100.
• Minimum spend to qualify for the offer is SAR 300 and can be achieved by adding multiple eligible transaction during the offer period.
• The merchant would be defined based on Visa Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5411 supermarkets/grocery.
• Any merchant that does not have a merchant category code as mentioned above, the spend will not be considered as part of the campaign.
• The cashback would be awarded on spends done at supermarkets/grocery.
• The eligible cashback will be awarded within 20 days after the campaign completion date, into the customer’s active alrajhi bank Visa Credit Card and prepaid.
• The Cashback will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Cards
• The qualified transactions for the campaign will be net of reversals and void transactions
• The offer applies to all supermarket for domestic purchases only.
• Cards holders may qualify for the cash back only once during the promotion period.
