Terms and Conditions

• *This offer is valid for a selected category of alrajhi bank mada cardholders who have been contacted through SMS, alrajhi app notification, or email only.
• The offer is valid only for e-commerce transaction made at international merchants as defined by Visa.
• Card type, cashback amount, spend limit to qualify, and maximum cashback per customer will be determined based on the offer message sent directly from the bank to the cardholder.
• The offer does not apply to the following transactions: Cash withdrawals, SADAD payments, Funds transfers to current accounts, electronic wallet transactions, Reversed POS or e-commerce transactions, Refunded or cancelled transactions, any transaction on domestic merchants, POS transaction at international merchant.
• The offer is valid for eligible purchases made during the campaign period from 16th April to 18th May 2026.
• Customer’s respective card/account should be active at the time of cashback credit.
• The cashback will be credited within 30 days after the campaign end date.
