• *This offer is valid for a selected category of alrajhi bank debit cardholders who have been contacted through SMS, alrajhi app notification, or email only.
• Cashback percentage, spend limit to qualify, and maximum cashback per customer will be determined based on the offer message sent directly from the bank to the cardholder.
• Offer applies to purchases made outside the kingdom via points of sale transactions according to the bank and international payment schemes definition.
• Any transaction before or after the expiry of the promotion period will not be considered for cash back.
• The cashback will be credited to customers’ current account within 15 days of the promotion expiry.
• The offer does not include Cash withdrawals, funds transfer to current account or electronic wallets, reversals of POS/e-commerce or transactions that have been refunded or canceled.
• Customer’s respective alrajhi bank current account should be active at the time of cashback credit.
• alrajhi bank staff is not eligible for this promotion.
