Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is valid only for international transfer transactions executed successfully through alrajhi bank mobile application.
• Participation in the campaign is open to all alrajhi bank individual customers, excluding alrajhi bank employees.
• The campaign applies to all international remittance transactions conducted via alrajhi bank’s application during the campaign period.
• The draw prize will be granted automatically for each successful international remittance transaction, and the customer will be given one chance to enter the draw for each successful transaction.
• If you leave the page and do not spin the wheel, the opportunity is considered void and you cannot return to the wheel unless a new international transfer performed.
• Each additional international transfer transaction increases the customer’s chances of winning, as every successful transaction constitutes an additional entry in the draw.
• • To be eligible for a cash voucher in Almosafer app, the customer must have an active account in 'Almosafer' app to which the voucher value will be added.
• To be eligible for the gold prize (5 grams of gold), the customer must have an active gold wallet within Al Rajhi bank’s application, where the gold prize will be deposited.
• Cash rewards and loyalty points will be deposited (within 15 working days) into the eligible customer’s account or loyalty wallet (as applicable), and cannot be transferred.
• The bank reserves the right to exclude any winner if the winner cannot be reached through the registered phone number within three (3) business days from the date of winning.
• The bank reserves the right to cancel the prize or reallocate it if the winner does not claim it or respond within fifteen (15) business days from the date of winning.
• If any participant violates any of these terms and conditions, the bank has the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude the participant or the winner at any stage of the campaign, and may choose an alternative winner if deemed appropriate.
• By participating in the campaign, the customer explicitly agrees to the bank’s use of their name, personal information, image, recordings of transactions, and the announcement of the winner via social media platforms and other media channels, without any compensation or conditions, and for an unspecified period.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services unless the bank expressly permits otherwise.
• The bank has the right to amend or terminate the campaign or these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with the applicable regulations without prior notice.
• All decisions issued by the bank in relation to the campaign are final and binding and shall not accept any objections or appeals.
• Prizes shall be awarded within 15 days from the date of winning.
