4. Transfer mokafaa points to naSmiles and you'll receive a 30% bonus Miles based on the number of Miles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. (for example, instead of earning 476 naSmiles Miles against 10,000 mokafaa points, customers will earn 618 naSmiles), the bonus miles will be reflected on naSmiles account.

4.1. The conversion of mokafaa points to naSmiles is subject to the conversion ratio (21 mokafaa:1 naSmiles) and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and naSmiles.

5. Transfer mokafaa points to Flying Blue Miles (Air France, KLM and Transavia loyalty Program), and you'll receive a 30% bonus Miles based on the number of Miles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. 8. Transfer mokafaa points to Radisson Rewards and you'll receive 30% bonus Radisson Rewards based on the number of Radisson Rewards converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. 8.1. The conversion of mokafaa points to Radisson Rewards is subject to the conversion ratio (5 mokafaa:1 Radisson Rewards) and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Radisson Rewards.

9. Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to any other partner is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction.

10. Customers must correctly enter their membership number via Al Rajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to Travel feature can be used.

11. Adding the bonus points takes 45 working days from the campaign end date.

12. After transferring mokafaa points to one of the programs and points been credited to your account in the program they were transferred to, you cannot reverse these points.

13. All decisions made by Al Rajhi bank (mokafaa) or/and Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Miles&Smiles, Etihad Guest Program, naSmiles, Flying Blue, British Airways, IHG One Rewards, Radisson Rewards with respect to any matter relating to this campaign shall be final. Al Rajhi bank (mokafaa) or/and Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Miles&Smiles, Etihad Guest Program, naSmiles, Flying Blue, British Airways, IHG One Rewards, Radisson Rewards reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and terminate or otherwise amend this campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Miles&Smiles, Etihad Guest Program, naSmiles, Flying Blue, British Airways, IHG One Rewards, Radisson Rewards reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating membership and eliminate them if found suspicious and involved in fraudulent activity.
