Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are granted upon the issuance of the design for Aquaribia to the first 333 customers.
• Aquarabia tickets will be granted for one person + two additional guests.
• Please note that the date of the visit ticket will be determined according to availability, provided that it is on either April 9 or 11.
• Fees apply when requesting the card design issuance.
• The design applies to alrajhi Signature card, Digital Cash card, and Lite card.
• Customers will be notified through the available channels (notifications, SMS, or email).
• Tickets will be sent via the email registered with alrajhi bank, and the bank is not responsible if the registered email is incorrect.
• Tickets will be sent to customers via the following email: Aquarabia@alrajhibank.com.sa
• alrajhi bank and Aquarabia Qiddiya City general terms and conditions apply.
