Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid exclusively for Infinite Credit Cardholders.
• Redemption of the voucher is required to benefit from the offer and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Visa Infinite Fast Track voucher is valid for the cardholder and up to three accompanying guests. The voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• The Fast Track voucher is issued in the cardholder’s name and is strictly for personal use. A valid form of identification may be required at the Passage Richelieu entrance to verify eligibility.
• Only one voucher is permitted per cardholder (same first name, last name, and address). The voucher cannot be reused, and the same cardholder may not redeem the voucher more than once.
• The Visa Infinite Priority Line Access voucher provides access to the fast-track entrance only and does not include admission to the Musée du Louvre. A separate admission ticket is required.
• Cardholders entering the Musée du Louvre through the fast-track entrance must present valid admission ticket(s) at the designated fast-track checkpoints within the museum.
• All arrangements and costs associated with purchasing admission tickets and visiting the Musée du Louvre are the sole responsibility of the eligible cardholder and are not included as part of this fast-track access benefit. Admission tickets may be purchased through the museum’s official website https://ticket.louvre.fr/en
• Passage Richelieu provides priority access compared to the general entrance at the Pyramid; however, waiting times may vary depending on the time of visit and visitor volume.
