• Canceled bookings are fully refundable if cancellation occurs 4 HRS or earlier from the passenger’s scheduled pickup time.
• Cancelled trips between 4 HRS and 2 HRS prior to the passenger’s scheduled pickup time will result in 50 % of the total trip amount.
• Cancelled trip earlier than 2 HRS prior to the passenger’s scheduled pick time will result on No refund.
• The customer has the right to take advantage of the offer more than once.
