Alrajhi bank Announces the Start Date for Electronic Voting on the Agenda Items of Its 16th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, Including the Proposed Increase in the Bank’s Capital

Alrajhi bank announced that electronic voting on the agenda items of the General Assembly meeting commenced today and will remain open until the end of the meeting scheduled for 20 April.

According to the bank’s statement, registration and voting through the Tadawulaty platform will be available free of charge to all shareholders. The bank also noted that a live audio broadcast of the General Assembly meeting will be accessible through the link available on the Tadawulaty platform.
